• For efficient development of Saemangeum, the total development area of about 291 ㎢ will be divided into 4 phases

  - Proceed development rate gradually, following the reclamation phase to complete all Saemangeum projects by 2050
  - Develop 78% of the total sites by 2030, 87% by 2040, and complete all sites by 2050
