Estimation of enticed population

Estimated population is 706,000 as the development plan.
- The population expected to be relocated to existing cities within the Saemangeum area (260,900 people, 38.1%) and outside the Saemangeum area (430,700 people, 61.9%)
Distribution of induced population
- The induced population of 700,600 people as a result of the planned development of Saemangeum area will be distributed to existing urban areas outside the Saemangeum area and to individual locations within the Saemangeum area
- 269,000 people(38.1%) will be relocated in consideration of the appropriate capacity to provide a comfortable and high-quality living environment in Saemangeum area and to respond changes of living environment,.
