In association with national plan along with the Jeonbuk wide area transportation network to increase access to Saemangeum region, plan six large-area road networks which will facilitate the integration of the main road network with the surrounding communities
- Expressway: Saemangeum ∼ Jeonju(new), Seohaean (extended)
- National road: Gunsan ∼ Seocheon (extended), Saemangeum ∼ Jeonju (new), Saemangeum ∼ Jirisan (new), Saemangeum ∼ Gochang (new)
